NADI-sponsored StoreXpo Seminar:
Dreams Through the Glass
Linda Fargo, senior vice president, fashion director
and store presentation, Bergdorf Goodman

What do your windows say about your store? How far can a whimsical fantasy window take your brand image? How can you leave a lasting impression about your store's personality through your windows?

Dec. 6, 2006 • 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
Jacob K. Javits Convention Center • New York City

A store window offers a glimpse into the personality of the store itself. The message it communicates can, at best, evolve the store brand or, at worst, ruin the excitement of shoppers' first-impression expectations.

Dreams, romance, and lasting impressions can be possible through window displays. Join legendary visual designer Linda Fargo, who has achieved brand-evolving reality through fantasy merchandising, as she shows you how. Let her take you to the heart of a store through the eyes of its windows. This session will inspire and motivate you as you plan your own window displays.

Fargo oversees the women’s fashion office, windows, in-store visuals, and interior design for Bergdorf Goodman. Highly respected throughout the industry for her merchandising and design vision, particularly her holiday window creations, which draw throngs of admirers, Fargo has served The Gap, I. Magnin, and Macy's as well as Bergdorf throughout her career. A graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison, Fargo is author of “Dreams Through the Glass,” which chronicles her career of visual magic.
