The presentation will span many retail sectors, from food through high tech to fashion. The latest service innovation, choice navigation, technology, and packaging will be featured in case studies drawn from GDR’s global network of leading designers and architects.

Following her presentation, there will be a casual networking cocktail reception for the retailers attending the event.
